(Valencia, España, 1729 – Roma, Italia, 1808). Religioso, músico, matemático y literato. Estudió en el colegio de nobles de su ciudad natal, y a los 16 años ingresó en la Compañía de Jesús. Tras alguna experiencia como profesor de literatura y matemáticas, fue elegido Director de Estudios y profesor de matemáticas en la recién fundada Real Academia del Cuerpo de Artillería, en Segovia....
